Hey guys, Im about a week into keto & doing decent i think with minimal "keto flu" but I feel like I cant get enough potassium any tips? Supplements? Thanks

Avocado is a great source of fat & potassium. One whole avocado supposedly supplies a full day's worth of potassium. But you could have one half, if you are very metabolically broken and can't handle the increase in carbs. Of course, there are potassium supplements, as well.

Jarrow Formulas Potassium Citrate. What I do is monitor my progress on CRON-O-Meter. After lunch and before dinner I take a look as to where I am on Potassium. Keeping in mind what I will eat for dinner, I can then decide whether I need to take Potassium as a supplement and how many tablets to take. BTW, my research shows that there are two types of potassium supplements: Glucoate and Citrate. The Citrate is better.
