Hi all,
I started the keto diet about 3 weeks ago. No issues at all and I've lost 10 lbs. I have a blood glucose and ketone monitor and I'm in optimal ketosis. The problem is the last few days my blood sugar has been dropping to anywhere between 43 and 23 everyday. I am not diabetic, just hypoglycemic. I have an attack maybe once a year. It's very uncommon for it to be happening everyday like this. My normal go tos for raising my blood sugar are not available to me on this diet. I eat some cheese to get it up. Does anyone else have this issue? Any ideas to keep this from happening?
