Started three days ago and still learning.
A little about myself.
47 years old.
Firefighter Paramedic.
240 pounds, 38 inch waist.
5' 8"
on meds for high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Reason for starting. I want to be healthier and hopefully get off my meds and CPAP machine. Secondary goals will be weight lose.
Using True plus Ketone strip my urine tested 40 mg/dl this evening Blood suger was 73.
Food today was:
Breakfast. 3 eggs over medium. 2 pieces of bacon, on shredded Mexican mix cheese.
Lunch- Homemade Zucchini lasagna (No noodles) with mozzarella and ricotta cheese and sausage.
Snack- Hand full of Pistachio nuts
Dinner- Fat bomb. (Coco and cream cheese mix)

Keep it up, and try some fasting from time to time, your cravings and appetite should decrease and allow you to do that.

Be careful about sausage it contains fillers. Portions of meat are better.
