My name is Joel and today is my first day on to Keto. Joe rogan and brenden schab put me on to it. I'm an active person primarily lifting and cardio endurance. I'm trying to lean out as summer is coming so I thought I'd switch up my macros and diet more so. Currently I'm doing a 2000 cals 5% carbs 25%protein and 70% fats . I haven't hit my numbers yet but I'm close. Is it okay to go over grams in carbs? Exp target is 25g. To go over 10gs? Trying to figure my food intake as it is opposite to what I was used too
