Hey guys,
I am doing a daily blog of my progress, what I eat, daily calories, macros, energy levels etc. Feel free to follow along if you find it helpful.
I find just writing it helps me to keep on track so I am really just doing it for myself, I figure I may aswell let some strangers read it as I am not sharing it with friends and family.

I am 9 days in and I'm currently down 1% body fat and just over 3kg.
