Hello from Perth Australia. Was wanting to know what "fat" to eat with "protein".. for example if I'm having lamb chops with all the fat on and cooked on coconut oil with some salad greens or cauliflower mash.. what else do I need for fats?
I fail miserbly with the "fat" side of things. I don't eat sugar or sodas and no processed stuff like rice breads etc - so I know I'm good there but think maybe I'm not having enough fats?
