I'm going onto day 9 on my Keto diet and I have lost 3 pounds already and feel good during the day. I've been eating only green veggies for carbs and I keep it at 25 grams or less per day. I've been eating around 60-70 grams of fat per day. I eat five times a day (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, and snack) and they are all three hours apart. I don't exercise that much but I do get a half hour a day of either walking or running and sometimes do a little more but nothing too strenuous. When I try to go to sleep at night, I feel tired but then I just can't fall asleep. I toss and turn and feel like I wake up once the lights go out. My feet under my blankets start to burn and they get really really hot and I become restless. It takes me forever to fall asleep now and I don't get restful sleep at all. If I do fall asleep I always wake up at 2:45 am and stay awake for a little while and I am uncomfortable. I don't know if it's my body still adjusting itself or if its low blood sugar. Anyone have any advice or helpful comments?

I'm wondering how you are doing with this... did the hot feet and insomnia go away? I hope so!
