The question i want to ask is how important is it to have a certain blood ketone amount? I have a slow metabolism and heart rate so me doing exercise burns less than someone who just walks. My daily calorie expenditure is quite low for maintenance im 1658 calories thats it. Im 55kgs with 26-29% body fat im a size 8 im skinny fat. I want to be tight and slightly ripped. But i am too big measurement wise i want to be physically smaller before gaining muscle (which will make me bigger regardless of the illusion of being smaller I don't want illusion i want measurements. So when i test my ketones i can get maybe max 1.8 but i mainly sit at 0.8 i can only get above 1.8 if i eat above 1500 calories and 25g carbs but i dont lose weight on 1500 i stay the same i lose like 100grams on 1300 calories 15g carbs. I do as much exercise as i can as i have limited time due to caring for a challenged child. So I can't increase anymore. So how can i increase ketones without eating more than i burn?
