Hi all I started Atkins a Month ago I lost ten pounds cloths still feel the same. what am I doing wrong? Is it not enough carbs? I hear keep it under 20 then I here 50 for a man. On my fitnesspal it like 5% or less a day.

Have you logged any of your information into the keto-calculator? Are you meeting your protein minimum at least? How much water are you drinking?
And that number varies from person to person. Sometimes 50g net carbs works for an individual to stay in ketosis, but perhaps not for another. Also, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Atkins different from keto in a way? Or are they the same?
