I have been a Ketogenic Diet for 3 months now. My blood ketones have been averaging between 2-3. However 2-4 hours after eating my blood glucose levels have been between 90-105. Is that normal 3 months in?

I do have low body fat at around 10%. I'm not doing this diet to lose weight, but to regain my health. I have been diagnosed with CFS, Fibromyalgia, possibly have lyme disease and other issues.

Couple of things. How are you measuring ketone levels, and what is your glucose before eating? If it jumps, you are either getting some carb, or the level of protein is high enough for your body to be making glucose from it.
