Hey, y'all! I'm looking to start on the Ketogenic Diet soon, but I'm noticing that a lot of the food suggestions involve fish and eggs. The problem is, I'm allergic to fish and eggs. What sort of foods could I substitute in? I know fish has a lot of good fats and oils, so where else could I get the good omegas? As for the eggs, I have no clue what else I should be eating for breakfast. XD Got any tips? Thanks!!
