Hi all! I was put on the keto diet about 5 weeks ago to combat an insulin resistance. For the first 4 weeks I felt amazing! I dropped a ton of water weight, I had energy and just generally felt good. This week however, I have had a major loss of energy. I have lost my taste for food, I'm hungry (not starving) but nothing sounds good, or even appealing. I haven't lost any weight for two weeks and I'm in deep ketosis, almost the darkest I can get on the keto stick.
any ideas as to what may be going on? I have been really careful, I keep my carbs to @20g per day and check my ketones regularly. The only "cheats" I have had have been 1-2 vodka and club sodas on Sat. Nights. As far as I can tell, this hasn't kicked me out of ketosis yet.
