Ok I have been doing Keto/LCHF for the past 3 weeks and I have lost weight (only cheated twice) with that I also just started exercising. I am a teacher so I have the summers off and today I ran/walked for 30 min on the treadmill. I feel like I have been eating all day!! According to my fitbit I didn't burn that many calories and I try not to eat those calories because then that would be counter productive. I am tracking fat/protein/carbs and am eating about 65%/25%/10% receptively. I eat no more then 40/50g of carbs a day..... Any pointers?? THANKS!

Only twice!!!! You should be proud of that. I would mix in some resistance training and it doesn't even have to be with weights. YouTube body weight training and you will find some excellent things to add to your training. I train with both as IMO we shouldn't put all our eggs in one basket and just do one type of training. Even get a Jill Michaels DVD. I am a man and I get heaps of satisfaction with her DVDs.
