Hey there, I'm new to the forum, and in trying to get a little bit of help, so hopefully I will get to know you all!
I work in a retail environment where I am always sampling out cookies, breakfast bars, or muffins. I normally work 7-10 hours at a time with no break, and if I forget to bring a snack with me, I might grab one( and never more than one) piece of cookie or muffin. They really aren't bigger than half the size of your thumb. It's really small. This might sound a bit silly, but can something like that throw my system for a loop? It doesn't make me sick or anything, I'm just worried about staying in/getting to ketosis.

I think really this kind of thing is extremely individual and you'll just have to see for yourself how it affects you. I know that for myself, eating something like that would immediately throw me out of ketosis for several days - it sucks.
