Reaching Ketosis is not the easiest for beginners as I am sure many will agree. Especially those who prior to turning to the Ketogenic LifeStyle, never really had a set nutritional plan. For this reason, it is really interesting to share the most nutritional yet easy recipes and natural supplements that can support this incredible eating plan. Have you tried combining Intermittent Fasting with the Ketogenic Diet? If so, I would love to know your experiences. Michelle Oldenburg

My experience so far combining both Keto and Intermittent Fasting has been very positive.
I recently had brain surgery to remove a tumor. March 25th I was operated and I have to admit, I think the change in my nutritional plan helped me be back in the gym the day after leaving the hospital, 9 days in the hospital and the 10th day light training began. It proved to me even more how not only our nutrition, and fitness play a big role, mindset is key!
Is anyone going through health challenges they feel are slowing down their progress? If so, feel free to let me know and I will share with you some tips that supported my speedy recovery.
