Hello all I hope to get some positive feedback and support as I begin this journey. I have actually done quite a bit of reading and learning about Keto so while I am pretty confident about what I know I still have a lot of questions. I know I have started entering the Ketosis from the pee strips I have. Not fully transitioned but in the process. I have noticed the change in frequency I pee, the PH balance changing, and most definitely how my body is processing excess out the back door. lol But all good. I do a healthy scoop of Coconut oil in my morning coffee. A semi Bullet Proof Coffee as I don't add the butter. I have to think it is doing its job though. I am focusing on eating protein and vegatables and little to no Carbohydrates as well as little to no sugar. I have actually ordered Electrolytes Powder as well as two different Keto Meal Supplement shakes, one is Kale the other is normal. Now I have noticed I tend to bloat with eating veggies as well as my insides feel a bit beat up. So, I have also ordered a Cruciferous Vegetable Capsules in the hopes this will be a good substitute for the amount of raw veggies I need? So a little help or direction would be nice.. I am a Adreanal Body Type and therefore Insulin Resistant. So I know raw veggies ARE a issue. None the less I push forward in hopes of finding a good balance. Right off the bat I lost 7 pounds in 3 days but gained 2 pounds back. So I expect as up/down in weight and focus more primarily on the body fat drop when it starts. So, hello all and I would love whatever help you guys can offer. Especially in what to do or how to possibly better get my veggie issues under control... as I said I hope the Cruciferous Vegetable Capsules once received will help and I wont have to eat as much raw...
