I’m in my second day of the keto diet. I’m suffering from severe weakness and exhaustion. Does this go away? If so how long does it usually take?I’m to exhausted to do a basic workout.

From what I understand your body goes thru what is called the Keto Flu process where your body starts to transition from burning Carbs to you bodies stored fat. From what I understand yes, you are felling the normal and it varies from person to person how long your body goes thru this transition. For some a couple days for others a week or more. But the positive thing is once you transition you will feel better, much better. Hope that helps
