The Keto Diet sounds great to me in Concept. My issue is I don't like "cooked" cauliflower, brussel sprouts, spinach, etc. I am great with salads, but it seems like all the recipes I find have cooked vegetables. Need some help if you think I can be successful with non cooked veggies and if there is a cookbook out there you would recommend? Thanks!!!!

No problem, no difference to the diet/way of life, whether fresh or not. I always prefer fresh for many reasons.
