so I've worked hard to to here, please don't ruin this for me. Looking for positive reinforcement for a change. I am wondering how to get it higher though, at least once to see how it feels. As long as I keep doing what I've been doing I should stay in keto now albeit mild keto? Because I know ketone blood levels change and I could test randomly and it would be down but still in keto???
