I have reduced and removed carbs from my diet and following advise in relation to eating fats etc...I have seen some results, however even though I have done this checking my blood reveals I’m still always showing around 5.2 mmol’s. Can anyone advise how I can get this lower and work towards optimal ketosis? Help :-)
