Just registered with this forum this morning. I've been doing the ketogenic diet since 30th January 2013. I've had some ups and downs due to eating some things with too much carb but now I'm back on track. I live in New Zealand so my weight measures are in kgs (metric). I'm also doing my blood glucose and ketones morning and evening to check on my progress and to see if I'm having some problems with some foods. I'm definitely in ketosis and my am ketosis reading this am was = 1.9 - my mornings reading are lower than my evening readings. Last nights reading was = 3.4 I have tons of weight to drop and the ketogenic diet is great for cutting cravings and I feel less hungry and need to remind myself to eat at times. I've attached my blood glucose and ketones chart I'm keeping - hope it works. Hello from New Zealand! Attachments:
