I am just beginning keto dieting and want to make sure I'm going in a good direction. I meal prep for me and my wife and wanted to make sure my calculations are on point or if I need to tweak anything.
I was able to create a daily meal plan that includes: 176g of fat (65%) 171g of protein (28%) 38g of carbs (6%) May have over done it with olive oil on the veggie mixture but wanted to see if that was a good start.
Looking for feedback. TIA
