I started Keto 5 days ago, but I have been doing a low carb diet for quite some time along with some intermittent fasting. I am entering ketosis pretty quickly, but I am getting some intense Diarrhea.
Usually I have a normal stool in the morning and then once I get to office I have diarrhea until 2pm.
Is this usual?? How long does it last for??
I am keeping between 70% to 80% of my calories from health fats, and about 15% from protein, Total carbs are under 50 each day, net carbs are usually 20-25.
AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG? OR Just need more time for my body to adjust?
Does anyone have some good hacks for this during the adjustment period (if that is what it is)
A typical day looks like this;
Breakfast 140G avocado 50-70g cheese 2.5 ounces sardines 1 tbsp flax seed oil 1 tbsp coconut oil
Supplements -- Digestive enzymes, Green Vibrance probiotic, Mega-Mag magnesium (in the morning), Multi Vitamin, Acai berry capsule, turmeric powder capsule.
2 packs for Four sigmatic cordecyps + 2 scoops MCT powder (drink in the morning until lunch)
11:30am -- Kengenix supplement powder
Lunch 50g chicken or lamb 50-60g of red cabbage (cooked in avocado oil) 50-60g zucchini 25g macadamia nuts 25g pecans
dinner - (post workout) 1 cup bone broth 2 scoops Isopure zero carb sometimes a little cheese if I am peckish.

You didn't say whether you are male or female, current height, weight, BMI. For me 2500 - 2700 calories is way too much. I stay below 1400 calories most often between 800-900 just to maintain my current weight. Can't speak for you but for me the avocado contains plenty of natural oil without having to add 1 tbsp flax seed oil and 1 tbsp coconut oil. I take supplements but for now I really don't think you need Digestive enzymes as these make your own system lazy. Your own system is telling you it works just fine and the enzymes may be part of why you have diahhrea. Take the probiotic and the magnesium at night. Ditch the Acai berry (not part of Keto diet). You don't need it since you are taking multi-vit. Fruits tend to increase diahhrea. Turmeric powder capsule? Best to have this in a hot drink between lunch and before dinner (1/2 cup almond milk, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 ginger, dash of cinnamon pour in 1/2 cup boiling water). Are you trying to cure an ongoing cancer situation? If not you are overdoing the mushroom thing. Yes, you read about MCT but you already are eating avocado and you added flax and coconut oil. On top of that you add Kengenix supplement powder? I mean you have taken many items that are good individually, and created a bog cocktail of them thinking that more is better. Well, no, the result is your diahhrea. Ditch all those supplements for 5 days and you will see you feel better. If you insist on the supplements only introduce one every 5 days to see how your body reacts. Eventually, you could take all of them but you've just done it all at once and that is working against you.

On my second day I had a the same problem along with dizziness and no get up and go. Chaulked it up to the keto flu. Today is going better. No problems after my bullet proof coffee. I am however doing something different today. I ordered pink salt off Amazon and added 1/2 teaspoon per pint of water. Tastes great and it is replenishing minerals and electrolytes. Seems to be helping me out with the dreaded flu. Now how long that problem will last I don't know also very new to keto.
