Wondering if anyone here had tried this and what they think of it? Here's the blurb: Low calorie pasta alternative Great source of fiber, fat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, wheat-free Ready in 2 minutes Slim Pasta Spaghetti is a Zero Carbohydrate and organic alternative to regular pasta that helps you lose weight. Made from JuroatĀ® flour, a secret blend of Organic Konjac flour and Oat fiber complex, Slim Pasta Spaghetti has a similar consistency to regular spaghetti. The weight loss secret is in the ingredient glucomannan which helps you lose weight by slowing digestion and prolonging the satisfying feeling of fullness. Product info: Each (100g)serving contains: Energy 7.7g Protein 0g Carbohydrate 0g of which sugars 0g Fat 0.2g Fiber 2.7g What's in it: Purified Water, Organic Konjac flour and Oat fibre (JuroatĀ® flour). --------------------------------- I just ate this stuff with butter and tuna, it's more like thin noodles and a lot more chewy than regular ones. I'd give a 7/10 as a good substitute but I probably didn't cook it for long enough (was a lot like eating a ball of string!). I'm going to see what my keto stick says later, but if anyone has a better idea of if this is keto friendly I'd love to know as I'm not very clued up on the whole "flour...isn't that bad?.." front. On a plus note it gave me my 'pasta' fix and I'm feeling full to the brim
