Hi, I am a little puzzled (looks like am in keto with 100+ carbs/day.. many more on weekends should not be diabetes). my diet & activity: diet: weekdays: 100+ carbs (1 masala dosa + 1 bowl of rice) .. + chicken/mutton (goat/lamb) cooked in heavy fats(like 1.5kg butter for 4 kg meat). weekends: anything goes (whatever wife cooks (paneer/aaloo (potato) paratha (wheat flour))/pizza (1.5 medium size) ) activity: weekdays:1 or 2 days of full body workout (DL/Squat, MP/BP, pull downs), few hours of TT(table tennis) (2 days/5) weekends:2 hours of TT.
have done keto 3/4 times for a month or less earlier. am on warrior diet (without counting macros/calories)for more than 2 years.
been trying to increase my fat intake.. recently figured out heavy fat gravy may be the solution.
Now my urine started smelling weird(guess smell was sweet..) last week on this diet.. then weekend happened and that stopped.. back on monday again same.
I am on 100+ g carb diet right now so should not be the case.
Anyone else with similar experience please advice.. not yet worried (trying to buy keto sticks.. hard to find in India).
thanks for any insights

Well, I keep saying that everyone is different. You can experience ketosis with 100+ carbs. Hurray for you because I can't do that unless I get under 35 carbs per day. You need the keto sticks to get measurements and not just "wing it" as to whether urine smells sweet.
