My husband and I have been on the ketogenic diet for a little over a week. We're doing really well, feel great and are already seeing results. The thing is, he is starting to have trouble sticking with our meal plans. Particularly at night. He's in the habit of relaxing before bed with a sweet snack and a cup of hot chocolate or sugary tea. I have never been one for sweets (my carb addiction centered around salty snacks and bread) so, I honestly didn't look into desert options much. I don't want to get into keto baking. My skills in the kitchen are pretty limited. Is there something prepackaged that I can keep in the house for when his cravings hit (sugar free jello or pudding? Some kind of cookie? Etc). Any recommendations would help. Thanks.
