I've been on the keto diet for quite a while now and i've lost 42lbs . A few months back i plateaued and could not lost weight no matter what i tried, so i spent the first part of this week going through everything to find out why i wasn't losing weight. My conclusion was that i was eating too much protein so i made some changes and i lost 4lb in one day. Honestly i'm not one of those hard to please people but is 4lb too much to lose in one day ?

Apparently, water weight of 4 pounds is possible, though that sure seems like a lot. Congrats. Has anyone ever weighed out water to four pounds to see how much it looks like?
